The Atami Marine Fireworks Display is a fireworks event launched from the sea in Atami Bay, held during the winter season. The winter dates for 2026 are Sunday, December 6, and Friday, December 25, lasting for about 20 minutes from 20:20 to 20:40. The large fireworks spreading across the night sky and the beautiful spectacle of their reflection on the sea surface stand out even more vividly in the clear winter air. Approximately 3,000 fireworks are launched during this event, with the "Grand Aerial Niagara" decorating the finale as a particular highlight, featuring a powerful presentation that moves spectators. The entire coastline from Atami Sun Beach to Atami Port serves as the launch venue, providing a variety of viewing spots. Since it is held even in the rain, it enjoys high popularity as a winter tradition in Atami.
