Enjoy at Sanyo-so: Create Your Very Own Fragrance Experience

About this event

A custom fragrance-making experience event will be held at Sanyo-so in Izu-Nagaoka Onsen. Using 20 types of essential oils, an instructor from "Your Town's Perfumery Locus Muse" will support each participant in creating an original fragrance tailored to their own sensibilities while learning about fragrance individuality and harmony. Even first-time perfumers can participate with ease, and the completed scent can be taken home as a 10ml perfume. After the workshop, a tea time with matcha green tea and anmitsu dessert is prepared at Sanyo-so's Moon Viewing Platform (Tsukimidai) to leisurely enjoy the lingering notes of the fragrance. It is a program where you can step away from daily life and spend a special moment experiencing fragrance through the five senses. In case of rain, tea time will be held in a room registered as a National Tangible Cultural Property.
