72nd Nagoya Festival

About this event

The 72nd Nagoya Festival, the largest festival adorning Nagoya in autumn, will be held. This year, in addition to the traditional samurai warrior troupe performance stage, a gourmet zone centered on Nagoya meshi (local specialties), and booths showcasing Nagoya's traditions and culture, special one-year-only programs will be held, including a 'Flower Car Exhibition', 'Three Great Heroes Float Exhibition of the Local Hero Procession', 'Dashi Float Music and Karakuri Puppet Demonstration', and 'Kagura Music Performance'. Sightseeing facilities throughout the city, including Nagoya Castle, will also offer free admission, immersing the entire city in a festive atmosphere.
