Held in the Yoshihama district of Takahama City, Aichi Prefecture, the "Ningyo Koji Chrysanthemum Festival" is an autumn tradition celebrated in the hometown of "Yoshihama Craft Dolls," an Intangible Cultural Property of Aichi Prefecture. The entire venue is adorned with colorful chrysanthemum flowers cultivated with great care by citizens and children, alongside chrysanthemum dolls that showcase the craftsmanship of master chrysanthemum artisans. Visitors can fully enjoy strolling through Ningyo Koji while appreciating the beautiful autumn scenery woven from tradition and chrysanthemum blooms. During the event, dashi float parades, pride markets, photo sessions, and other activities will be held, creating a lively atmosphere. A traditional kominka folk house market will also be held concurrently, offering a variety of ways to enjoy the event.
