The 'Reiwa 8 2nd Shippo History Lecture: Rethinking Shippo Cloisonne Commemorative Items', held at Ama City Shippo Art Village, is a valuable opportunity to learn about the history of Shippo (cloisonne) ware from various perspectives. In the lecture, participants will first learn about the history of Shippo ware in a classroom lecture for about 1 hour. Afterwards, participants will move to the special exhibition room, where commentary on the autumn special exhibition 'The World of Shippo Commemorative Items' will be given for about 30 minutes. Through this lecture, participants can deepen their understanding of the profound history of Shippo ware and its appeal as commemorative items. A museum curator will serve as the lecturer, and admission is free.
