About this event
The Agui Town Lantern Festival will be held at Agui Sports Village from Saturday, November 28 to Sunday, December 6, 2026 (Reiwa 8). This year, the venue layout has been changed so visitors can enjoy a different atmosphere than before. Zones such as the Shirasawa Firefly Club Zone and the Kusaki Bamboo Light Zone will be set up, allowing visitors to enjoy the magical glow of lanterns. In addition, food trucks and live musical performances are scheduled on weekends, making it an event where visitors can fully enjoy gourmet food and music. The event runs from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and will be held rain or shine, but will be canceled in severe weather. Details will be announced as soon as they are decided.
