Stage Video Screening Re-Live Theater KERA CROSS Vol. 6 "Shoshitsu"

About this event

This is a video screening event for "Shoshitsu" (Disappearance), the 6th installment of the stage play "KERA CROSS" series written by Keralino Sandorovich and directed by Masahiko Kawahara. On Christmas Eve, a party planned by brothers leads their everyday lives toward ruin through unexpected events, depicted through the "good intentions" passing each other by among characters such as an unlicensed doctor, a female tenant renting a room, and a gas repairman. This work is presented as "Re-Live Theater," which revives the stage performance recording captured at Kinokuniya Southern Theater TAKASHIMAYA in 2025 through high-definition, fixed-point screening. The experience of "sitting side by side with someone and sharing the same time" in a theater space brings realism and excitement as if the actors were right in front of you, evoking the emotion felt when experiencing a live stage play. This initiative, developed by EPAD in collaboration with public cultural facilities nationwide, proposes a new viewing style leading to the future of stage arts. The screening time is 2 hours and 47 minutes (Act 1: 0 hours 56 minutes, Act 2: 1 hour 51 minutes).
