The 13th Toba Ama Bar & Halloween Night 2026

Held in Toba City, Mie Prefecture, 'The 13th Toba Ama Bar & Halloween Night 2026' is a bar-hopping and food-tasting event set across the town of Toba. Held on Friday, October 23, 2026, visitors can enjoy Toba's gourmet food and the Halloween atmosphere while visiting participating establishments. A limited edition of 900 bar ticket booklets will be sold, with early bird (4,000 yen) and regular price (4,500 yen) options. The early bird tickets are limited to the first 700 booklets and can be purchased until October 19. Tickets can be exchanged at Handmade Workshop Kirari, the special headquarters, and other locations. Ticket sales start in late September at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Aeon Toba Store service counter, Toba 1st Avenue, and the Toba City Tourist Information Center (inside Toba Station). The event venue is around Handmade Workshop Kirari, but in case of rain, it will be held at Tensu-kun Kaikan. The special headquarters will be set up in front of Handmade Workshop Kirari and open from 16:00 to 21:00. From 18:30, a Halloween Gate will be installed, and the first 50 participants of high school age or older who pass through in costume will receive 1 bar ticket (junior high school students and younger receive sweets). After the event, remaining tickets can be used as 900-yen vouchers at participating stores until the end of January 2027 as part of 'Ato-Bar'. A Halloween Bus is also scheduled to operate, stopping in front of the Headquarters, Edokin, Orange, and cuccagna. The event is organized by the Ama Bar Executive Committee, featuring the Toba Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Toba Food and Beverage Association, Toba City Tourism Association, Toba Ryokan Business Cooperative, and Toba City.
