About this event

This event is a tourism transportation pilot project focusing on the concept of "Making" (Tsukuru) in Yosano Town. You can experience the charm of this town through a journey visiting weaving mills and sake breweries, connecting with makers' passions and Yosano's craftsmanship. With Miyazu Station, Roadside Station Miyazu, and Amanohashidate Station as starting and ending points, participants travel by bus, allowing users of public transportation to participate with peace of mind. In particular, during the textile workshop tour on the historic "Chirimen Kaido" (Koju Sasaki Co., Ltd.), you can experience the techniques and dedication to materials of a silk knit manufacturer rare in Tango. In addition, at the local sake brewery "Yosamusume Brewery," you can enjoy a tour of community-rooted sake brewing and tasting of specialty local sake. This special project operates as a transportation pilot experiment, and you can participate for an experience fee of 2,000 yen (workshop tour + sake brewery tour). Two trips are available, morning and afternoon; the morning trip departs Miyazu Station at 9:00, and the afternoon trip departs Miyazu Station at 13:30. Each trip is on a first-come, first-served basis and registration closes once capacity is reached.
