"Katano Nigiwai Festa 2026" will be held over two days, bringing vibrant energy to the city of Katano. The festival takes place across two venues: "Pasion Jonetsu Stadium (Kisabe Park Ground)" and "Iki Iki Land Katano." It is a smile-filled event where people, the community, and businesses intersect. On Saturday, October 24, visitors can enjoy Katano Yaon (outdoor music), an amateur singing contest, an Electone performance by Hiroko Ogura, a flea market, food and game stalls, a Katano manufacturing company tour, the Kids Waiwai Stage, Halloween events, and more. On Sunday, October 25, scheduled programs include a free talk by Shadow Iwahashi, stage performances by Katano High School Funk Dance Club and Juggling Club, stalls, the manufacturing company tour, Kids Halloween, a Halloween parade, and dance performances by the Soran Troupe "Takara." In particular, the "Halloween Parade" on the 25th will feature costumed children marching through the venue. In addition, the Katano City Cultural Festival will be held concurrently, and free shuttle buses will operate around the venues. The flea market and Kids Halloween-related events start from 10:00.
