The scheduled program includes opening remarks, the principal's address, congratulatory speeches by guests, a history of Aboshi Nishi Elementary School (video screening), presentation of commemorative gifts, pledge of commitment by student representatives, and closing remarks. In Part 2, a community exchange event will be held on the school athletic ground featuring festival floats (yatai) from Hamada Nishi and Hamada Minami, as well as a danjiri float from Kohama. The program includes Kohama Ondo, the entrance of both Hamada villages, a joint Chosa performance by three villages, commemorative photo sessions with floats, students of all grades, and teachers, followed by the floats leaving through the gate (accompanied by students). This event aims to cultivate students' love for their hometown, pass down traditional culture, and revitalize the community through the united efforts of school, families, and local society. In the event of storm warnings (such as typhoons), the event will be postponed to Saturday, September 26; in case of rain, only Part 1 will be held, with Part 2 possibly postponed to September 26. In case of postponement, the Mayor of Himeji's congratulatory address will not take place.
