Akashi Park Noryo Festival 2026

About this event

The Akashi Park Cool-Off Festival 2026, held at Hyogo Prefectural Akashi Park, is a large community-crafted festival celebrating the end of summer. Centered around the West Lawn Square and Central Park Path, approximately 100 festival stalls will be set up, allowing visitors to enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese summer festival. On the stage, a variety of events will take place, including kids' dance performances, a shaved ice eating contest, and singing and dancing performances by local residents. A Bon Odori dance festival is also scheduled for the evening of the first day. A yukata dressing and rental booth will be available right in front of the venue entrance. For 2026, handheld fireworks are scheduled to be held on the East Lawn Square on Saturday, August 29. Put on a yukata with your family and friends to create summer memories.
