2026 Hyogo Townscape Garden Show in Akashi

About this event

The "2026 Hyogo Townscape Garden Show in Akashi," one of Western Japan's largest festivals celebrating flowers and greenery, will be held. With Akashi Park and the area surrounding Akashi Station as the main venue and Akashi Municipal Flower and Green Learning Center as the satellite venue, the event promotes community and lifestyle development enriched with flora. The venue will exhibit competitive entries such as small gardens, potted arrangements, mini potted arrangements, and hanging baskets, as well as demonstration gardens and agricultural high school gardens. In addition, diverse attractions are scheduled, including kids' gardening experiences, bouldering, disaster prevention events, a chorus festival, the mobile museum vehicle "Yumehaku", and nature workshops (wildflower and succulent potted arrangement classes, a moss exhibition, and carnivorous plant classes). Flower seedlings and succulents will also be available for purchase.
