About this event

In Hyogo Prefecture, blessed with diverse natural environments created by varied topography and climates, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries that create food and living are practiced by taking advantage of the characteristics of the Five Provinces (Kobe/Hanshin, Harima, Tajima, Tanba, and Awaji). Through the exhibition, sales, and hands-on experiences of these Five Provinces' blessings (local agricultural, forestry, and fishery products), this event aims to promote prefectural citizens' understanding of Hyogo's 'food' and 'agriculture', encourage local production for local consumption as well as exchange between urban and rural/fishing communities, and further revitalize agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. Held at the Senjojiki lawn in Hyogo Prefectural Akashi Park, about 90 organizations are scheduled to exhibit, including sales and exhibits of agricultural, forestry, and marine products and processed goods by producers and food companies, introductions of initiatives by prefectural high school and university students studying agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, sales of safe, secure, and distinctive 'Hyogo Certified Foods', and initiative introductions, workshops, and merchandise sales related to creating rich seas. In addition to sales booths, many experiential booths offering workshops and interactions with living creatures will be set up, offering content that three generations can enjoy. Additionally, the 'Hyogo Certified Food Festival 2026' and 'The 4th Hyogo Rich Sea Creation Promotion Convention' will be held concurrently, making it two days to experience Hyogo's food, agriculture, and ocean richness with all five senses. My Bottle spots will also be set up where you can refill water if you bring your own bottle.
