Under the theme of '~Overflowing Love, Fluttering Hearts, A Dance Together~', the '2026 Akashi Meridian Dontokoi Festival' is an event where visitors can enjoy dancing and gourmet food at Hyogo Prefectural Akashi Park. The various dances performed by each team are creatively designed so spectators can join in and feel connected. Diverse stages are featured across the main stage and sub-venues, filling the entire venue with a dynamic atmosphere. In addition, 'Park Food' booths featuring Akashi's prized gourmet cuisine will be set up, offering an exciting sensation like being in a theme park. Applications were also held for participating teams to bring excitement to the event. The venue also reflects Akashi City's thoughtful efforts to create an accessible and friendly community that everyone can enjoy, including people with disabilities, the elderly, and families with children. It offers great access, located just a 5-minute walk from JR and Sanyo Akashi Stations.
