About this event
Hosted by the Kainan City Tourism Association in Wakayama Prefecture, "KAINAN Happy Hour" is an event where you can enjoy local sake and gourmet food together. Three sake breweries from Kainan City and a local winery will set up booths, allowing you to sample and compare Japanese sake, plum wine (umeshu), wine, and more. Stalls and food trucks offering dishes that pair perfectly with drinks as well as sweets will be plentiful. Fairground games such as target shooting, as well as a lottery wheel raffle that you can enter using tickets given with purchases at the venue, will also be held. With a wide variety of activities designed for both adults and children, it is the perfect event to visit with family or friends.
