9th Brain Training Class (Community Center Course)

About this event

This course aims to comfortably stimulate the brain and keep it active through simple games and brain training drills. Participants can learn brain revitalization methods that are useful in daily life. With an easily affordable participation fee of 100 yen per session, you can receive guidance from a specialist instructor. It will be held at the Chuo Community Center from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. This course aims to maintain and improve participants' cognitive functions and contributes to promoting the health of local residents.
