About this event

This is an event presented by Kasaoka City where you can savor the autumn of culture. The cultural festival, which marks its 73rd edition this year, features exhibitions of works across a wide variety of categories, including ceramics, handicrafts, literature, Western-style paintings, prints, Japanese paintings, ink wash paintings, photography, flower arrangement, calligraphy (kanji, kana, penmanship, seal carving), bonsai, and design illustration. At the venue, works crafted with care by Cultural Federation members and course students are lined up, allowing visitors to fully experience the autumn of arts. In addition, on Sunday, November 1, a tea ceremony gathering will be set up in the Special Conference Room on the 3rd floor, allowing you to spend a cultural time. Furthermore, starting this year, the Kids' Stamp Rally will be held for the first time; visitors can search for keywords around the venue and collect 5 stamps to receive a prize, with ideas designed to be enjoyed by both children and adults. Held concurrently, the 48th Kasaoka City Children and Students Art Exhibition will also display masterpiece works created by elementary and junior high school students in Kasaoka City, providing an opportunity to experience young talent.
