Akagome Festa 2026 Concert

Held in Soja City, Okayama Prefecture, 'Akagome Festa 2026 Concert' is an event where the tradition of red rice (akagome) rituals merges with music. Beginning in 2013 as a rice planting event at Bitchu Kokubunji with Nanase Aikawa as the Red Rice Ambassador, it has been held in concert format since 2016. A portion of the event proceeds is donated to red rice support and children's exchange programs. At the venue, artists including Red Rice Ambassador Nanase Aikawa, MAX, hitomi, and miwa will perform to liven up the stage with music. Announcer Kyoko Fuchimoto will serve as the MC. Admission tickets come with an Akagome Festa tenugui towel redemption voucher and a food voucher, usable at the marche inside the venue. The tenugui towel is required for admission to the concert venue. As part of efforts to pass down the traditional culture of red rice and support the community, this festa offers content that families can enjoy together.
