Overflowing with handmade play and expression, this free-admission event allows visitors to stop by casually and enjoy delicious food from all across Hokkaido, markets, games, and hands-on activities while enjoying camping and bonfires. More than just watching, this festival features the charm of a small village-like unity where everyone participates and enjoys together, a warm atmosphere connecting people across generations, and a free and creative culture. The event is made possible through donations from visitors and the heartfelt support of stall vendors, supporting peers, volunteers, local supporters, and performers, and also contributes to trash cleanup around Lake Toya. Let's all enjoy two peaceful and creative days together.
