This is a bodybuilding and fitness festival where finely sculpted physiques gather at Sunport Hall Takamatsu aiming for the pinnacle of West Japan. This event hosts a wide variety of categories, starting with the 22nd West Japan Men's Bodybuilding Championships and the 22nd West Japan Women's Physique Championships, along with the 2nd West Japan Masters Bodybuilding Championships, the 9th West Japan Bodyfitness Championships, the 9th West Japan Bikini Fitness Championships, the 9th West Japan Men's Physique Championships, the 6th West Japan Classic Physique Championships, the 3rd West Japan Fit Model Championships, the 1st West Japan Masters Men's Physique Championships, and the 1st West Japan Junior Men's Physique Championships. At a venue boasting excellent access—a 3-minute walk from JR Takamatsu Station—spectators can experience up close the passionate performances of well-trained athletes.
