25th Moon Viewing Banquet

About this event

Held in Zentsuji City, the "25th Moon Viewing Banquet" will take place over two days on Thursday, September 24 and Friday, September 25, 2026, at Sanuki-no-Miya Kagawa Prefecture Gokoku Shrine. Reception begins at 5:30 PM, opening at 6:00 PM, and closing at 9:00 PM. At this banquet, guests can enjoy a hot pot dish for 6 persons prepared by the Kyoto-style kaiseki kappo restaurant Nawate, along with all-you-can-drink alcoholic and soft drinks, for 39,000 yen (tax included) per table. Limited to 30 tables per day, each table can seat up to 6 people. The event will enliven the venue with dynamic performances of Zentsuji Ryujin Taiko drumming and an interactive quiz contest where participants can win luxurious prizes. In addition, popular local products including Sanuki Mochi Mugi Daishimochi croquettes are scheduled for sale on the day. In the event of rain, if cancellation is decided by 10:00 AM on the day, representatives will be contacted, and a special moon-viewing hot pot set and one bottle of shochu "Kukai (Genshu)" (720ml) will be distributed. When receiving this set, 9,000 yen will be paid per table as transportation allowance. Applications are accepted by Mandegan Co., Ltd., with a deadline of Thursday, September 10. Please note that requests for children's seats or seats other than those provided cannot be accommodated. As tables may sell out depending on the date, early application is recommended.
