The "4th Taiwan Festival & Taiwan Night Market in Kotohira," held in Kotohira Town, Kagawa Prefecture, is an event where you can feel as if you are traveling in Taiwan. Kotohira Town signed a friendship agreement with Ruifang District, New Taipei City, Taiwan in May 2018, deepening exchanges across various fields including administration, education, tourism, and industry. At this festival, you can enjoy Taiwanese gourmet food and Taiwanese cultural experiences. Originally scheduled for Saturday, September 5, it has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 24. The venue is Kinryo-no-Sato along Kotohira Town's Omotesando, organized by the Kotohira Town Regional Revitalization Squad. Admission is free. In conjunction with the event, Kyuman Honpo Ishidanya Main Store will also sell "Pineapple Roll Cake" and "Mango Pudding."
