This festival features exhibitions of artwork such as paintings, tanka poetry, and crafts, as well as performing arts presentations including dance and music by groups affiliated with the Konan City Cultural Association. The exhibition will be held at Noichi Fureai Center from Saturday, November 7 to Sunday, November 8, while the performing arts event will take place at Bentenza on Sunday, November 15. Admission is free, and parking is available.
