MONET NIGHT: A Single Night of Illumination
Japanese name:MONET NIGHT 一夜だけの、灯りの夜。
📅 Sat, Oct 24, 2026
About this event
At the garden where Claude Monet spent his later years, a magical night of illumination will be held for one night only. Hundreds of candles are lit across the water lily pond, with light reflecting on the water's surface to reveal the garden's silhouettes differently than during the day. There are no extravagant productions or large-scale gimmicks; you can simply enjoy the serene scenery woven from light, water, and greenery. Why not spend a relaxing time with someone special on this unique night? The 'Water Garden' and 'Bordighera Garden', which are slated for renewal, will reveal new expressions under the candlelight.
