The "38th Yanagawa City Comprehensive Art Exhibition" is held with the goal of creating a hometown cherished with pride and affection for Yanagawa's history, culture, and natural climate, as well as promoting and popularizing local cultural arts. Expressive winning works will be exhibited across four divisions: Japanese-style painting, Western-style painting, calligraphy, and photography.
