The Munakata performance by the Kyushu Symphony Orchestra is a 75-minute concert where you can fully enjoy the charm of a full orchestra. Featuring easy-to-understand commentary by conductor Hideaki Matsumura, the program can be casually enjoyed by beginners as well as classical music enthusiasts. On a peaceful holiday afternoon, you can spend a slightly luxurious moment with the rich sounds of the orchestra. The scheduled program includes a diverse selection of pieces, such as Mozart's "Cosi fan tutte Overture" and "Symphony No. 41," Bartok's "Romanian Folk Dances," Sibelius's "Valse triste," Holst's "St. Paul's Suite (1st and 4th movements)," and Rossini's "William Tell Ballet Music - Pas de six." Preschool children are not admitted, but a childcare service is available (paid, advance reservation required).
