About this event
Held at Kyushu National Museum, "Kyuhaku Yose" is an event where visitors can fully enjoy the traditional vaudeville theater (yose) atmosphere through a variety of acts, including rakugo (comic storytelling), manzai (stand-up comedy), and kamikiri (traditional paper cutting). In this performance, Sankyo Yanagiya, former president of the Rakugo Kyokai, serves as the final headliner (tori), allowing audiences to savor the master artistry representing today's rakugo world. Why not spend a delightful autumn day at Kyuhaku Yose? Performers include Sankyo Yanagiya, Sanza Yanagiya, Shin'yo Kokontei, Ichiju Ryutei, Rocket Dan (manzai), and Rakuichi Hayashiya (kamikiri).
