[Advance Lottery Application] Autumn 2026 Tethered Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience

This special autumn experience event allows you to view the Yoshinogari settlement from the sky aboard the hot air balloon "Himika-go." This event operates on an advance lottery application basis, and applying for the lottery is required to participate. The event dates and times are Saturday, September 26, Sunday, September 27, Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 9:15 AM to 12:00 PM (scheduled). Up to 25 groups (1 to 5 people per group) can participate each day. Participation is free, but park admission and parking fees are required separately. The reception desk is at the Minami no Mura (Southern Village) Lawn Square, and the nearest gates are the East Gate and East Gate Parking Lot. The boarding location will also be Minami no Mura. Applications must be submitted via the lottery application form, and the application period is from Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 13:00 to Wednesday, September 16 at 13:00. Winners will be notified by email by Saturday, September 19. The event may be cancelled due to weather conditions, in which case it may be changed to a burner experience. Age restrictions and clothing precautions apply for boarding, so please be sure to check in advance. In addition, the boarding procedure and precautions are described in detail, providing comprehensive information for enjoying the event safely. There is also an opportunity to participate in the hot air balloon teardown work, which will be a valuable experience.
