About this event
The 4th Sasebo Summer Festival will be held at Sasebo Central Park. Featuring food stalls and vendor booths, the event plans a variety of fun activities such as taiko drum trial sessions and an inter-company karaoke contest. A grand Bon Odori dance will also take place, where everyone can dance to nostalgic traditional tunes including "Sasebo Ondo" and "Sasebobayashi." Stalls and vendors have also been recruited to bring excitement to the festival. The event will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 16:00 to 21:00 at the lawn plaza of Sasebo Central Park.
