Higashisonogi Sports Festa 2026

The "Higashisonogi Sports Festa," which was held for the first time last year to great acclaim, returns again this year in Higashisonogi Town. With more events than last year, it offers even more fun for children and adults alike. Participants can try a total of 11 different sports for free, including foot darts, archery darts, trampoline, bouldering, Disc Getter, Strider balance biking, slacklining, ground golf, soft tennis, and Molkky. In addition, professional team workshops will be conducted—including a soccer clinic by V-Varen Nagasaki, a basketball clinic by Nagasaki Velca, and a baseball clinic by the SoftBank Hawks—as well as a track and field clinic led by former Japanese record holder Asuka Terada and a clinic for the trending new sport "Pickleball." A talk show with Asuka Terada is also scheduled, alongside a raffle with luxury prizes, gourmet food trucks, and beauty booths offering nail care and head massages. It promises to be a day to refresh mind and body while making the most of the autumn sports season.
