In addition to sales of new products featuring Kagoshima's proud traditional crafts such as Satsuma ware, genuine Oshima Tsumugi silk, samurai armor, and Tarumizu dolls, demonstrations and workshops will be held. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on with Kagoshima's unique crafts and experience their charm. In the workshops, you can enjoy painting Satsuma ware accessories, making Oshima Tsumugi necklaces, and trying on simplified samurai armor and helmets. In the demonstrations, you can watch the production process of Kagome openwork carving, the crafting of fish-shaped chopstick rests, the lacing of armor, and the creation of chainmail gauntlets.
