Noda Port Festival: Maritime Parade Passenger Recruitment

This event recruits passengers for the maritime parade at the 'Noda Port Festival' held in Noda Village, Iwate Prefecture. Taking place at Noda Fishing Port, the parade cruises from Suwa Shrine to the offshore area of Tako-kamisama (Octopus Deity).
