1st Ogawara Forte Used Book Festival

The "1st Ogawara Forte Used Book Festival" will be held for the first time at Seasons Walk Forte in Ogawara Town, Miyagi Prefecture. At this event, 15 specialty shops from Miyagi, Fukushima, and Yamagata will gather to offer not only used books, but also vintage tools and antiques, secondhand clothes, and subculture-related goods. This used book festival, the first of its kind in the southern area of the prefecture, will be held from August 1 to August 30 at a special venue next to Seria on the 1st floor. On the opening day, August 1, a talk event will be held as the opening event featuring children's literature authors Hitomi Sasaki, Maya Noizumi, and Kaoru Horigome, known for the "Michinoku Yokai Tour" series. Book sales and autograph sessions are also scheduled alongside slightly spooky stories perfect for summer vacation memories. It will be an unmissable event for book lovers.
