About this event
AKB48 has been confirmed to perform at the Fukushima support event 'I Just Love Fukushima So Much - Close Encounters of the Third Kind!? Everybody So Good! -', to be held in Fukushima City on Sunday, October 11, 2026. This marks the second edition of the event following last year's Shirakawa performance, this time taking place in the Main Hall of Toho Minna no Culture Center in central Fukushima City. Doors open at 2:00 PM, the show starts at 3:00 PM, and it is scheduled to end at 6:30 PM, featuring AKB48 members performing to energize Fukushima. The event is organized by Ganbappe Kikaku Co., Ltd. and supported by the Reconstruction Agency, Fukushima Prefecture, Fukushima City, and others. It is also conducted as an adopted project of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's '2026 Regional Tradition and Appeal Dissemination Support Project', providing an opportunity to share the charms of Fukushima.
