Fukushima Machinaka Music Festival 2026

About this event

A music festival featuring five outdoor and indoor stages across central Fukushima City will be held, offering a wide variety of musical genres. At venues around Fukushima Station including Machinaka Plaza, Fukushima Ekimae-dori, Fukushima Station East Exit Plaza, Sankaku Plaza, and EV GARDEN Fukushima, a total of approximately 80 artist groups—including guest artists with ties to Fukushima such as singer-songwriter Rina Katahira and local band DEFROCK, as well as school groups from Fukushima City and general performers—will perform live music and instrumentals. You can experience diverse genres such as rock, pop, classical, and acoustic while enjoying a stroll around town and immersing yourself in music. In addition, there will be food and drink sales by food trucks and handmade craft booths, allowing you to enjoy gourmet food and shopping alongside the music. With exhibitions of children's drawings and a digital rally utilizing AR spots, this event can be enjoyed across generations.
