Held in Yugawa Village, Fukushima Prefecture, the Industrial and Cultural Festival is a major local event held every November at JA Aizu Yotsuba. This festival provides an opportunity to experience local art and culture through exhibitions of children's drawings and artwork. In addition, fresh vegetables are sold in front of the JA building, allowing visitors to taste local blessings.
