Takadera Shin Soba is a 100% buckwheat noodle made using only the central core of buckwheat seeds, without any binding agents, hand-crafted through the artisan technique of using boiling water. When boiled, it features a clear, whitish appearance, a smooth and firm texture, and a gently expanding buckwheat aroma.
