Kawachi Town 30th Anniversary "Iba-Chari in Kawachi Vol. 2"

About this event

A special project, "Iba-Chari in Kawachi vol.2," will be held to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the municipal organization of Kawachi Town. Returning to Kawachi Town for its 2nd edition, this cycling event allows participants to discover new charms of the area. As a cycling event held on public roads, it is not a race, but rather an enjoyable ride conducted in compliance with traffic laws. Eligible participants must be healthy individuals aged 16 or older capable of completing the event route. Participating on a sports bike is recommended, with road bikes, cross bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, sports mini-velos, e-bikes, and more permitted. Aid stations will provide one lunch, drinks, and delicious local food. The participation fee includes lunch and insurance. The event will proceed rain or shine, but a weather assessment on the day will be made at 6:30 AM and announced on LuckyFM Ibaraki Broadcast at 6:58 AM. Souvenir distribution is also scheduled after reaching the goal.
