This is the autumn festival of Ashikaga Orihime Shrine. It is held at Ashikaga Orihime Shrine, a symbol of Ashikaga City, which flourished as a textile town. Today, the shrine is visited by people praying for industrial prosperity and matchmaking (en-musubi), and it is certified as a "Lover's Sanctuary" and a "Japan Night View Heritage" site. This Autumn Annual Grand Festival is held every year on Culture Day, November 3.
