About this event
Ashikaga's dyed and woven textiles, recorded since ancient times even in "Tsurezuregusa" (Essays in Idleness). This is an event unique to Ashikaga City, which flourished as a "Textile Town." Exhibitions and sales of textile products, hand-dyeing experiences, and cloth craft workshops are held annually, offering many activities that let you experience the textile town of Ashikaga. Please take a close look at the vibrant Meisen silk textiles.
