Gunma Prefecture Future Vision Forum 2026

About this event

Gunma Prefecture has been holding the "Gunma Prefecture Future Vision Forum" since fiscal year 2022 as a platform to think about the prefecture's future and regional challenges together with local residents, and fiscal year 2026 marks its 4th edition. This forum is held across all 35 municipalities (35 venues) within the prefecture, taking place in Ueno Village at the Roadside Station Ueno Conference Room. The event will feature a future vision proposal by the Governor, a forward-looking speech by the Mayor of Ueno Village, and an exchange of opinions with residents. Open to the general public, advance registration is required. This forum offers a valuable opportunity to collaboratively discuss and exchange views on the future of the local community.
