This fireworks display marks the finale of the "46th Tatara Festival" held in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture. The festival takes place on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, with the finale fireworks held on Sunday, September 27. Launched from inside the Kawaguchi Auto Race Track venue, the fireworks can be viewed looking up from an extremely close distance almost directly below, allowing you to enjoy a spectacular and breathtaking view. The fireworks, centered on starmines and launched at a brisk tempo, brightly conclude the 2-day festival with an enjoyable show for the entire family. Traffic regulations will be in effect around the venue on the day. Throughout the festival period, numerous food stalls line the streets, song and dance performances take place on stage, and samba parades and street dancing are held along Auto Race Street, immersing the whole town in festive energy. In addition to fireworks, dance performances, parades, and interactive events are held concurrently, offering a full day of entertainment. This year, the timing has been shifted from its usual summer schedule to September, allowing visitors to enjoy a wide variety of festivities in an early autumn atmosphere.
