Held in Kitamoto City, Saitama Prefecture, "Maple festa" is an event that combines Kitamoto's rich nature, music, and food. Set in Kitamoto Mizube Plaza Park, a single day showcasing the charms of the region will be offered. At the market where local eateries and companies gather, there are plenty of unique gourmet foods and enjoyable experiences that can only be tasted here. In addition, an acoustic live performance with a comfortable atmosphere will be held, curated by "Friends," a band to which Kitamoto City Tourism Ambassador Ryohei Nagashima belongs. Admission is free, offering a relaxing holiday that anyone from children to adults can enjoy. This event is also introduced as a project utilizing hometown tax donation-based crowdfunding, aiming to create opportunities to experience the appeal of local resources all at once and learn about the city's charms. Through music, food, and play, it aims to allow many people to connect with Kitamoto's appeal and generate affection for the region and new interactions. In holding the event, donations are being called for to cover stage production costs, safety management expenses, and other needs.
