The '36th Mobara City Industry Festival' was scheduled to be held at the Mobara Shopping Plaza ASMO Parking Lot on Saturday, November 14, 2026 (Reiwa 8). The opening hours were from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., rain or shine in light rain. This event had called for vendor applications targeting individuals or businesses with an address or office in the city. The vendor fee was free. However, due to the severe damage caused to citizens and vendors by the Chiba torrential rains in August 2026 (Reiwa 8), it was unfortunately canceled. Sincere apologies have been expressed for the great inconvenience caused to everyone who had been looking forward to it. The 35th Mobara City Industry Festival held last year was crowded with approximately 10,000 visitors and ended in great success.
