Inzai City Cultural Hall Friday Night Concert Vol. 15: Reading of 'The Little Prince' and French Chamber Music — Words Carried on an Autumn Starry Night

The 15th installment of the 'Friday Night Concert' series, where you can casually enjoy high-quality music on weekday evenings after work or with family. We present the masterpiece 'The Little Prince', which has been translated into more than 200 languages since publication and continues to be loved worldwide, through a collaboration of music and reading. With a story specially reorganized for this performance along with French works carefully selected by the Inzai Music Association, you can relive the Little Prince's journey. The program is scheduled to include Chaminade's 'Serenade to the Stars', Debussy's 'Canope' and selections from 'Petite Suite', and Schmitt's 'Sonatina for Trio'. Performers include Moemi Suzuki for reading, Yuko Igarashi on clarinet, Asumi Soga on flute, and Yuya Igo on piano. Before the curtain rises, a pre-talk introducing highlights by the performers will also be held.
