Yamaguchi Farm Rice Harvesting Experience

A rice harvesting experience will be held at Yamaguchi Farm in Tako Town, Chiba Prefecture. In this event, participants can actually take part in harvesting Tako Rice Koshihikari. Based on agriculture passed down from the previous generation, Yamaguchi Farm also actively contributes to the local community. It provides food aid through NPOs and offers agricultural experiences to nurture the next generation of farmers, and this rice harvesting experience is part of those efforts. Participants can experience farm work by bringing easy-to-move-in clothes, rubber boots or safety shoes, and plastic gloves.
