'Oshare Bon Odori vol.9' is a one-of-a-kind stylish summer festival leading Tokyo's culture scene. Celebrating its 9th edition this year, it is widely loved as a new-sensation event that fuses traditional Bon Odori with contemporary culture such as fashion and music. Visitors' unique yukata styles are also a major highlight. This year, it will be held for the first time at the rooftop 'SKY GARDEN & POOL' of Toranomon Hills TOKYO NODE, located 250 meters above ground, creating a special night against the backdrop of central Tokyo's night view and an infinity pool. A popular lineup of DJs including Maki Nomiya and Tomoyuki Tanaka (FPM) will gather to liven up the venue with special guest live performances, Japanese taiko drums, and collaborations with dancers. The Bon Odori version of Nomiya's famous song 'Tokyo wa Yoru no Shichiji' is a must-see. Food and drinks will be provided by 'dam pub,' a beer pub from Toranomon Hills' food hall 'T-MARKET,' featuring event-exclusive original menus. In addition, a VIP area by 'KEI Collection PARIS,' headed by Chef Kei Kobayashi, who earned three Michelin stars in the French Michelin Guide for seven consecutive years, will be set up, allowing guests to enjoy Bon Odori while savoring special food and drinks. It is an event where you can experience a summer night where fashion, music, Japanese tradition, and individual style intersect beautifully in the heart of the city.
