The 45th Minato Citizens' Festival, held to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Minato Ward administration. It will take place from Saturday, October 10 to Monday (National Holiday), October 12, 2026, primarily using Minato Ward Park (Metropolitan Shiba Park) as the venue. Jointly organized by Minato Ward, the Minato Citizens' Festival Executive Committee, and the Minato Sports and Cultural Foundation (Kissport), this festival is a major event where you can experience the culture and vitality of Minato Ward. For the festival, call for flea market vendors and sponsorships for commemorative badge benefits (from shopping district stores) were also conducted. With local residents taking the lead, various initiatives and activities serve as an opportunity to deepen ties with the community and rediscover the charms of Minato Ward.
