HIBIYA CINEMA FESTIVAL 2026

About this event

Set in the "movie district" of Hibiya, the cinema festival "HIBIYA CINEMA FESTIVAL 2026" will be held for the entire district to enjoy films. With Tokyo Midtown Hibiya's Hibiya Step Square as the main venue, screens will appear in multiple public spaces throughout the Hibiya area, including Hibiya Park and Hibiya OKUROJI, where visitors can watch popular and classic movies. In addition to screenings on large outdoor screens, a diverse program will unfold, featuring collaborations with domestic and international film festivals and awards, talk events by directors and cast members, and food and beverage tie-ins with local Hibiya events. In particular, Hibiya Park will mainly screen works that children can also enjoy, allowing visitors to appreciate movies on the open lawn. In addition, photo spots where visitors can immerse themselves in the world of cinema will be available, offering enjoyment before and after watching the films. Admission is free, making it an event that conveys the charm of cinema culture across the entire neighborhood.
